To achieve this, fruits (Mangoes, Cashewnuts, Aamla, etc.) grown on the farm are processed for year-round enjoyment. Several large modern- trade and small scale shops within the Pune market carry these products.

Ashtavinayak Farms endeavours to support organic and sustainable farming practices. Towards this end, the farm recycles organic waste to produce its own natural fertilizer. The vermicompost plant within the farm produces in excess of fifty tonnes of organic fertilizer. The farm also produces an organic ayurvedic based pesticide to maintain the health of all its trees.
